“My name is Vitaliya, and I live in Ukraine. All of my family members were unbelievers. I did not know anything about God. When I was at school one day, some men brought small blue books to all of the students. I figured out later that these men were Gideons. I began reading the New Testament they gave me. The Sermon on the Mount really touched my heart. I finally accepted the Lord as my personal Savior. Then I joined an evangelical church. I shared with the congregation the importance of the Gideon ministry and what it had meant in my life.

This year, I married Vitaly, a fine man of God. Now Vitaly has signed an application to join the Gideon ministry, and I have signed an application to be an Auxiliary member.”
